Welcome to D Prince Builders! These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with D Prince Builders, a real estate company offering services in property development, sales, and management. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
- Definitions
- Company: Refers to D Prince Builders, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees.
- Client/Customer: Refers to any individual, business, or entity engaging with D Prince Builders for real estate services.
- Services: Includes property development, sales, rentals, and any additional real estate services offered by the company.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of services or legal action.
- Scope of Services.
D Prince Builders offers the following services:
- Property development and construction
- Real estate sales and marketing
- Property management and maintenance services
- Consultancy and advisory in real estate investments
The scope of services may change at the company’s discretion, with prior notice to clients where applicable.
- Property Sales and Purchase
- All property sales are subject to availability and final confirmation by D Prince Builders.
- Prices are fixed at the time of contract signing and are subject to terms agreed upon in the sales agreement.
- D Prince Builders reserves the right to cancel or withdraw property listings without prior notice.
- All payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the agreement.
- (b) Agency: D Prince Builders Agents Department
- To become an agent of D Prince Builders, you must be registered live. All online registrations must be represented onsite with documents signed to confirm your status.

2. Get a welcome message from D Prince Builders Agent Department - Agents are on their own market space. Therefore, they are free to sell at their price. - Payment Terms
- Payments must be made through approved methods (e.g., bank transfer, cheque).
- Late payments may attract interest charges as specified in the agreement.
- D Prince Builders is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to incomplete or incorrect payments.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information for all transactions and services.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure timely payments as per the agreement.
Failure to fulfil these responsibilities may result in the termination of services.
- Confidentiality
D Prince Builders values your privacy. We will protect all client information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Client data will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
- Warranties and Liability
- D Prince Builders strives to provide quality services, but makes no warranties regarding the availability or uninterrupted use of services.
- The company is not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations).
- D Prince Builders’ total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
- Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Immediate termination may occur if there is a breach of terms. Upon termination, the client is responsible for settling all outstanding amounts.
- Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and promotional materials created by D Prince Builders remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek amicable resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to arbitration as per applicable local laws.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Arbitration and Mediation Act, 2023 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Amendments
D Prince Builders reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services after modifications indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
